What the user considers Tx high utilization (expressed as a percentage) for
this service.
Values: 1100
Default: 75
Tx High Threshold

Number of seconds Tx high utilization must be present before an alarm
reports.
Values: 0900
Default: 0 (Rx High Utilization Alarm Disabled)
Tx End of Day Low %
What the user considers Tx low utilization at the end of the day for this
service.
Values: 0100
Default: 0 (Tx Low Utilization Alarm Disabled)
HDLC Status and Alarm Table
Each second, HDLC utilization detectors will report transmit and receive
utilization and update the statistics displayed in the table at the center of the
screen. This table also gives the status of the alarms related to HDLC utilization.
The user-activated buttons listed below are at the bottom of the HDLC
Monitor Details screen.

Submit Sets any values that have been changed.
Clear Alarms Clears all utilization alarms.
HDLC 24 Hour
History
Displays HDLC monitor history in 15-min buckets for the
past 24 hours (Figure 3.91).
HDLC 30 Day History Displays HDLC monitor history in 24-hr buckets for the past
30 days (Figure 3.92).
